On Monday I shared with you the homemaking side of my Home Binder. Today I'm going to share the homestead side of my binder.

When I assembled the binder I wanted a place where I could keep any information that I needed to keep on hand in one place so that I could refer back to it. Especially when it came to our homesteading information.

I wanted a place to keep production notes, garden plans, receipts, and future ideas for homestead projects and land.

The homestead section of this binder meets those needs.

I have sections for chickens, rabbits, and honeybees, none of which I even currently have but would like to have at some point in the future.

I also have a garden section which holds last years plans for reference. Graph paper for this years plans as well as planting guides.

Both animal and garden sections have a plastic envelope for holding each years receipts. I hadn't emptied out 2016 before taking pictures so you can see what I'm talking about.

I use the pocket at the front for holding miscellaneous papers and flyers that we want to keep for future reference.

I used tab dividers for marking individual sections. You can find similar ones here.

I also used printouts from Molly Green Magazine and Reformation Acres.
