Friday Favorites- My Favorite Books on Homesteading

Hi ya'll and welcome to the first ever Friday Favorites!

There are so many things that I love having around my house and I decided to utilize a Friday here and there to showcase a few of my favorite things that I've found and love. Today I'm going to start off by sharing a few of my favorite homesteading books. So let's get started. (Affiliate links for your convenience)

Milk Cow Kitchen has to be one of my favorite books right now. It's a combination cookbook filled with oh so many dairy and cheese recipes and part how to choose and care for your cow. I've made the sour cream and mozzarella and they are so delicious. In fact I can't stand sour cream any more now that I've made my own.

The Backyard Homestead is one of the first books we ever bought on homesteading. We borrowed the book from the library so many times and kept renewing it that we decided to add it to our home library.

The Backyard Homestead Guide to Raising Farm Animals. Basically an extension of the previous book and in fact some of the information is a repeat but it also has more animals in it than Backyard Homestead and goes into more depth.

So there they are. Three of my favorite books for homesteading.
